No Sheeples Here: No Living Creature Should Endure This Kind Of Suffering

No Sheeples Here: No Living Creature Should Endure This Kind Of Suffering: "From the New York Daily News the other day, we saw the beached carcass of a dolphin that a BP contract worker, who wished to remain anonymous, showed a reporter. He said, 'When we found this dolphin it was filled with oil. Oil was just pouring out of it. It was the saddest darn thing to look at.'

'There is a lot of coverup for BP. They specifically informed us that they don't want these pictures of the dead animals. They know the ocean will wipe away most of the evidence. It's important to me that people know the truth about what's going on here,' the contractor said.

This is just one photograph taken by AP’s Charlie Riedel. There are others.
I have no words.
UPDATE: Here are some organizations that are dedicated to helping the marine life and seabirds affected by the BP oil disaster.

Is this Baxter's Duk Duk?

Mom saw these duk duks in our neighbors backyard this week.  Two male and a female Mallard.  Lots more live in the nearby lake.  Today, we snuck up real close before Mom caught us.  We think that at least tow of these are related to Baxter's duk duk, and that at least one of the males is the REAL DUK DUK.  Then, in the backyard next to this one (our backyard opens up to three other backyards!!!), we found an egg- a new duk duk is on the way!!!

Wednesday Walkies

We had TWO walkies yesterday- one in the morning with Mom, where we weren't very good, and then at night with BOTH Mom and Dad.  Chip walked Dad, while Thai and Ginger walked Mom,  We were very good on our nighttime walkies.  We were so tired afterwards, we snored until bedtime on the couch and the floor bed, then continued our snoring in the Big Bed.  Also, MOM made us take our heartworm medicine on June 1st.  Now we know why she keeps American Cheese in the house- it makes the medicine go down!!!

Today we are on guard duty- a trip to the library and post office are in the works, but Mom doesn't know that we know!!!

Memorial Day Parade

Mom and Dad took us to the Medina parade Monday.  They really packed the car- chairs, a cooler, and our traveling bag in case we left "presents", which Chip did!!!

Ginger had been to the parade in Northfield, Ohio last year, due to a fluke- Mom and Dad were at the laundromat and were stuck in the parking lot!!!!  That parade was glorious- lots of candy thrown at the spectators by the people participating!!  LOTS of other dogs too in attendance.

This year was Ginger's second parade and Thai and Chip's first.  The day started with breakfast (Burger King, since it was a holiday).  Then, Mom and Dad dressed in red white and blue, and loaded the car.  When we saw the leashes, we thought that we were going for walkies  we had a great time at the parade too- Dad set us up near the spring Grove cemetery entrance, which was the end point for the parade, right under an oak tree.  We even behaved- Chip didn't bark too much at all of the people as they walked by.

Dad took pictures and Mom held us up, one at a time, to see the parade marching by.  mom was crying too, she gets very emotional on this holiday.

THEN, when we got home, Dad barbecued, and WE HAD STEAK!!!!  STEAK, just for US!!!!!  There was steak for Mom and dad, plus a ham steak, so don't worry- they had good food too.  Ginger explained that this is what we get to eat on Memorial Day, the 4th of July and Labor Day.  We think that we are going to LOVE summer!!!
