I am so very much glad that you brought this up.... So FAR today... there has not been ONE word about D-Day on the news... THAT is shocking to me.

Double Drat... I meant to mention this yesterday... My son -sigh- is a HUGE American history fan... and shared with me everything he knows (sorta like watching the History Channel but without the pictures... and I need the pictures... no, really... history has to have pictures!!!)

And today you are mentioning Midway... so that means I get another history lesson today. -sigh-

But, no matter what, if it wasn't for our these brave souls we wouldn't have the freedoms enjoyed today. So thank you, dear men and women, we cannot say thank you enough!
