Taz the magnificent is back home, safe and sound, from the horrors of the VET. He weighs 11.1 lbs, and the vet says that he is between 3 and 4 years of age, based upon the wear of his teefs. He also needs to have a couple of baby teefs removed when he has his "operation" on 12 July. He had his rabies shot, had a heartworm and another test on the stuff Mom had to bring in to the vet (yuck), and is in very good health. The vet also told Mom that it was obvious from his teefs that he had never had any kind of veterinary care before. Taz was also microchipped, just in case!!!
Thankfully his "operation" is on the 12th, as the weiner dog races in Kent, OH are on the 10th!!!!

I am sooooo glad that all went well for Taz at the SHIVER VET. Hey there are gonna be Wiener Races in Kent??? Where can I get some info. about that???
